  6. You can compose similar sets of herbs for sleep yourself. All herbs and melatonin are easy to buy at your local herbal medicine store or pharmacy. I recommend!

  7. Melatonin is irreplaceable when it comes to restful sleep. Personally, I also go for a half-hour walk in the evening. Preferably about an hour or two before bedtime. Then I sleep until morning without any disturbance.

  8. It is also a good idea not to eat immediately before bedtime, so as not to go to bed with a full stomach. As for melatonin, you can buy it at any pharmacy without any problem.

  9. Drinking lavender infusion right before going to bed helps me to fall asleep. I recommend!

  10. Melatonin is probably too weak for me. I tried several times, but it always repeats that during first few days it’s a little better and I actually fall asleep well and sleep through the night, but then the problems with waking up at night return again.
